Thanks to the lovely Vicky at Make Hay i have a new look banner. It was worth braving freezing cold Saturday morning to do some beautifying of my blog.
I also have two new cats on the block, who have gone into full kitten mode and as type are hurling around the house and playing chase!

I have also been busy trying to get things ready for my open evening next week. I was lucky to stumble on this gorgeous 1950s/1960's rose flock velvet wallpaper about a month ago. Actually i it has been at least five years searching for a roll of old wallpaper in every charity shop i have been in,so i was very excited as you can imagine as my persistence paid off.
I have been making the wallpaper into covered sketchbooks to sell, and am really pleased with them.

The covers are removable to people can use them again and again. Am thinking of keeping one back for myself to use for my diary.
